1:ORDERS

Orders are processed as soon as payment is made. Depending on the day and time, orders will be shipped as soon as posible.

2:SHIPPING

All products will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class unless otherwise stated. If you have a preferred postage, please let us know your postage preferences.

3:RETURNS

If your product is damaged during delivery please contact us as soon as posable so we can arrange either a full refund or a replacement.

We have a fourteen money back guarantee so If you would like to return your product for reasons other than damage please contact us and we can make the arrangements.
